#TRAVELWITHME: Paris

Olá!! Como prometido, neste post vou contar-vos um pouco da minha ultima viagem: no passado dia 27 de Dezembro voei para Paris onde passei 4 dias e voltei, por um lado, completamente encantada com a cidade e, por outro, um pouco impressionada. Em primeiro lugar, 4 dias não é suficiente para disfrutar da cidade, de todo. No entanto, se forem bem organizados conseguem planear um itinerário para retirarem o melhor partido possível do tempo (foi o que tentei fazer! Não muito bem, mas tentei). Em segundo lugar, se estão a pensar visitar Paris ficarão impressionados certamente com vários contrastes sociais, isto porque, a meu ver, Paris é tanto a cidade das luzes como é da escuridão. Hello!! As promised, in this post I will tell you a bit of my last trip: on the 27th of December I flew to Paris where I spent 4 days and returned, on the one hand, completely enchanted with the city and, on the other, a little impressed. Firstly, 4 days is not enough to enjoy the city, at all. However, if you are well organized you can plan an itinerary to make the best of the time (that's what I tried to do! Not very well, but I tried). Secondly, if you are planning to visit Paris soon  you will certainly be impressed by various social contrasts, because, in my view, Paris is both a city of lights as it is of darkness (I did not took it lightly). No primeiro dia tive apenas tempo para visitar a zona circundante do Museu do Louvre e a avenida do Champs-Élysées (atrás de mim).
On the first day i only had time to visit the surrounding area of the Louvre Museum and the Avenue des Champs-Élysées (behind me).

No segundo dia comecei, bem cedo, por visitar a Basílica de Sacre Coeur. Fica um pouco distante do centro da cidade (fica, no entanto, perto do Moulin Rouge) e exige uma caminhada de alguns minutos assim como subir dezenas de escadas, mas vale muito a pena.
On the second day i started, super early, to visit the Sacre Coeur. It's a bit far from the city center (its, however, near the Moulin Rouge) and requires a few minutes walking as well as climbing dozens of stairs, but it's word it.

Visitei ainda o Trocadéro na zona da Torre Eiffel e tive imensa pena de não ter subido ao topo da torre (a fila de espera era demasiado longa). É imperdível!!
I also visited the Trocadéro in the area of the Eiffel Tower and i was very disappointed for not go to the top of the tower (the line was too long). It's a must see!!

Outra das minhas zonas favoritas: Museu do Louvre. Estive lá duas vezes, uma para passear e outra para visitar o museu (que é gigante e são precisas umas 2 a 3horas se quiserem ver tudo em detalhe).
Another of my favorite areas: Louvre Museum. I've been there twice, one to stroll and another to visit the museum (which is giant and it probably takes 2 or 3hours to see everything in detail). And yes, i saw the Mona Lisa!!

Notre Dame não é o sitio ideal para fotografar dada a quantidade de turistas concentrados num único local. A entrada é gratuita (fila de espera, naturalmente, muito longa) e por isso também não tive oportunidade de ver. Para quem gosta de filmes da Disney, não podem mesmo deixar de ver.
Notre Dame is not the ideal place to photograph given the massive number of tourist in a small area. The entrance is free (waiting line, of course, very long) and so i did not have the opportunity to see it inside. For those who love Disney movies, you can not miss it. 

Arco do Triunfo (filas de espera para subir ao topo também demasiado longas, por isso não tive oportunidade de o fazer).
Arc de Triomphe (waiting lines to climb to the top also very long, so i did not have the opportunity to do so).

O Moulin Rouge fica também um pouco deslocado do centro da cidade, embora perto do Sacre Coeur. Aconselharia visitar à noite, talvez seja mais encantador.
The Moulin Rouge it's a bit far from the city center but it's near to the Sacre Coeur. I would advise to visit at night, maybe it's more charming. 

No ultimo dia completo em Paris visitei a Disneylândia. É todo aquilo que imaginei mas as condições meteorológicas não ajudaram muito, estava imenso frio, nevoeiro e caiu alguma neve (o que é bonito, mas o frio não é suportável).
On my last full day in Paris i visit the Disneyland. It is everything i imagined but the weather did not help: it was frizzing cold, fog and some snow (which is beautiful, but the cold was not bearable).
